Born in 1970 in Kuwait, he studies at the University of Kuwait Computer Science and Accounting.
After his degree he joined the Marketing of Kuwait Aviation services. In the same company he became responsible for the ground handling and catering (1994 – 1996).
1996 – 1998 Humoud worked with the Kuwait Investment Authorities which is an autonomous government body responsible for the management and administration of the General Reserve Fund (GRF), the Future Generations Fund (FGF) and other funds entrusted to it by the Ministry of Finance for and on behalf of the State of Kuwait.
His next step led him to Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) which is a leading financial institution offering a comprehensive range of financial services to promote private enterprises and support economic growth in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
In Kipco Asset Management (2005 – 2008), one of the largest holding companies in the middle east and Al Madina for Investment & Finance Co. (2008-2011), Humoud worked in marketing and as vice chairman.
Since 2011, Humoud is a member of the Thukhur club. This club was setup by the Government of Kuwait to manage projects that carry forward Kuwait’s development plans.
Due to his internal view on Middle East on strategic setup and future plans, Humoud is the ideal director for V-Coins being responsible for the future market development in the Middle East.
Humoud is heavily involved in a number of social projects in Kuwait. His major ‘hobby’ is developing restaurants, bars and recreation centers in his country to develop that sector for the Kuwaity people.
